Join best-selling local cookbook author and trained chef Christine Flynn at Saffron and Salt Cooking Studio in Halifax for a taste of Spain, using ingredients you can find right here at home. Recreate the flavours of the continent in this hands-on class with helpful tips, supportive instruction and delicious recipes. 

In this hands-on class you’ll be preparing and eating:

Peach Gazpacho with Garden Peppers and Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Spanish Tortilla

Pan Roasted Cod with Ajo Blanco and Summer Vegetables 

It’s perfect for a date night, a solo evening out, or a night out with friends.

Beverages and all necessary supplies will be provided. Sit down at the end of your class to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage.

Small group format – maximum 8 participants.
